Once we have received your request to participate we will send you an email invitation to join our Clocktree account. There is no charge to join our account.

Once you receive the invitation, you will be asked to create a unique password. Please be sure to remember the password. That is all it takes to join our Clocktree account.

To schedule, a video consult call our office. Our staff will schedule the video consult and will accept your credit or check card for payment. The cost of the video consult is the same low $50 cost, as an office visit. You can schedule a video consult the same day, during regular office hours. We are working to provide extended hours and will let you know when that is available.

It is important to understand that there are very few medical conditions, which cannot be addressed by video consultation. Medical problems or injuries of the eyes may be excluded. Our staff will let you know if an office visit is necessary.

Shortly before the scheduled video consult log on to Clocktree.com on any computer or laptop equipped with a camera and speaker, which most have today. You can also conduct your video consult on an iPad or smartphone. At the exact time of the scheduled video consult, Clocktree will put both provider and patient online together.
